We all want to be loved and be in healthy relationships. So, what obstructs this wish from happening? Our point of view. If we can be clear about our intention of being that relationship, how to let go of expectations of them and how to keep a caring attitude through the good as well as challenging times, then we are holding a golden key to balance, harmony and healthy love.
“Loving others is principally an attitude of mind, and the way in which we express it depends upon the needs and wishes of each individual as well as our karmic connection with them.”
— Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
